Above all, I loved the incredible view of both Falls from our floor to ceiling windows. Being mobility challenged I loved the convenience of the handicapped parking. I appreciated the luggage trolleys (unbelievably they are not always available). The safety railing in the bath is SO important.. thank you. We needed clean sheets during our 3 day stay , as well as towels and they were immediately provided. We found the fridge really useful and the furniture suited our needs perfectly. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. and the sauna is a great addition.

The room was large and very clean. The view of the Falls was spectacular. The small fridge was very handly. Staff were welcoming and the facilities (pool, etc) are very good. Restaurants are close and good. I might well have given this a 10 rating if I hadn't been blindsided by the $60+ tax parking fee (which significantly increased the cost of the room). Would also have been good to have been advised about the $100 holding charge, to be repaid in ten days or so. It's never good to surprise people with significant extra charges. I recommend this hotel and the tower fallsview rooms in particular to anyone who wants to have breathtaking views.

Oakes hotel is perfectly located near Niagara Falls, with direct access to the falls via an inclined railway at the back of the hotel (with a fee). It’s a big time-saver, especially for families who want to avoid the long walk. The pool and fitness area were also great, clean, and great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

It was frustrating that when we booked I called to verify we would have our rooms attached because I booked two rooms. We had to wait 3 hours after check in for our second room to be ready since that wasn’t handled when I called. The staff argued with me and told me this wasn’t an option and I could just walk in the hall to the next room over from us. He eventually spoke to another staff who showed him on a room map that what I had requested was actually available despite him telling me you didn’t have any. We went out for dinner instead of waiting and didn’t get our keys for our second room until 9pm almost

The view, Charlie the concierge was excellent as was Oddy when we checked in. beds were comfortable.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 18th floor overlooking the falls. The view alone was stunning. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was easy to operate. Really, the happiness is almost entirely about the view though. We sat at the window and watched while drinking local ice wine.

Our agent gave us a room on the top floor. He was amazing. We went back to this hotel as was our Honeymoon place years ago. We wanted to go again before it gets torn down. We had paid for the Fallsview and that was just amazing, beautiful and we were in awe. The lights on the falls, Festival of Lights we could see as well as the fireworks were all awesome! The ceiling was high and the temperature in the room was great. Beds are soooo comfortable.

The best view of the Horseshoe Falls of all Hotels. Summer at the front desk was totally Awesome as She upgraded a second floor view of the City to Suite #729. Applebee's is right on site with amazing gourmet meals. The twin Queen beauty rest beds are so comfortable.
